The TOCO Ball Screw Spline RN is a specialized component that integrates a ball screw (for linear motion) and a ball spline (for rotary motion) into a single unit. This is critical for applications requiring synchronized rotary and linear movement (e.g., screw driving, pressing, or transfer)
TOCO Ball Spline is a rolling guide element, mainly composed of a nut, a screw, a steel ball and a retainer. The steel ball rolls endlessly between the nut and the screw, allowing the nut to move linearly along the screw with high precision. The steel balls on the ball spline have an angular contact structure and can withstand radial loads and torque loads.
The ball spline is equipped with 3 sets of load-bearing balls, which are designed for face-to-face angular contact. The balls are held in a steel ball retainer to continuously perform a full-row cyclic motion. Through the optimized retainer design, high-speed, high-acceleration and deceleration guidance is achieved. In addition, the retainer's coating design for the steel ball ensures that the ball will not fall off when the nut is pulled out from the spline shaft.
