At TOCO, we engineered a single-module solution that simplifies and perfects this symmetrical movement: The Left- and Right-Handed Screw Linear Module.

TOCO’s Innovation: Mechanical Synchronization

Our specialized linear module is designed around an ingenious core mechanism:

• Dual-Screw Setup: The slide carriage incorporates both a left-hand lead screw and a right-hand lead screw driven by a single central input.

• Perfect Symmetry: When the central input rotates (powered by a single motor), the two screws simultaneously drive the opposing carriages in opposite directions. The result is precise, simultaneous relative motion—one side retracts while the other extends, or vice versa.
