Component Assembly
- Assemble the individual parts together. For a linear motion system, this may involve mounting the bearings on the shafts, installing the slider on the rail, and connecting the motor and other drive components. In a linear module, the motor is connected to the ball screw, and the ball screw is installed between the motor base and the support base, with the slider engaged with the ball screw and moving along the rails.
Quality Control
- During the assembly process, quality control checks are carried out at each step. This includes checking the fit and alignment of the parts, as well as the smoothness of the movement. For example, the parallelism between the rails in a linear module is carefully measured to ensure the smooth movement of the slider.
