Linear motion components are central to the functioning of a host of machines and mechanic systems. They enable reliable guidance and precise positioning, while how do these components be produced,we will let you know.
13,000 square meters of production facilities and a team of highly skilled professionals.
This is our workshop and you can see the workers are busy working. According to the workflow, I will take you around each process area to understand the on-site operation.
Manufacturing Processes
1.Machining
Cutting: Use cutting tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to shape the raw materials into the required parts. For example, rails are often machined from metal bars, where the outer surface is precisely ground to ensure a smooth and straight track for the slider to move on.
Drilling and Tapping: Holes are drilled and tapped in the parts for assembly purposes. For instance, in a linear module, holes are drilled in the motor base and support base for mounting the bearings and other components.
2.Forming
Forging: Some components, especially those that require high strength, are forged. Forging can improve the internal structure of the metal, enhancing its mechanical properties.
Casting: In some cases, casting is used to create complex - shaped parts. However, post - processing is usually required to achieve the necessary precision.
